Do I need a Xero subscription?
Yes. Quote Nudge works with any paid Xero plan (Starter and up). Your Xero organisation must have Quotes enabled — most plans do by default.
Which Xero regions are supported?
All of them. UK, AU, NZ, US and every other region Xero operates in. Prices are shown in the currency on the quote.
Will my customers know I'm using a third-party tool?
No. Emails come from your own domain (once DKIM is set up), the accept page uses your logo and colours, and Xero shows quotes as Accepted just like normal.
Can I use it without deposits?
Yes. Deposits are optional — leave Stripe Connect unconfigured or set the deposit percentage to 0. Reminders and e-sign still work.
Does it work for invoices too?
Not yet. Xero already auto-chases invoices natively. We focus on quotes, where there's no built-in follow-up.
Can I add my own team members?
Multi-user support is coming — for now, one owner per organisation.
What happens if I disconnect Xero?
Reminders pause immediately. Your historical data (past reminders sent, funnel analytics) is retained.
Can I schedule reminders on weekends?
The engine runs hourly. If you don't want weekend sends, we'll ship a business-hours filter soon — email support to be notified.
Can I A/B test different reminder wording?
Not yet natively — you'd need to A/B by rule (e.g. two rules with different subject lines, alternating which is enabled). Native A/B testing is on the roadmap.
What if my customer replies to a reminder?
Replies go to your sender address (whatever you configured). Quote Nudge doesn't intercept replies.
Do you integrate with other CRMs?
Not currently. Xero is our sole integration. If you'd like other CRMs supported, tell us at hello@mcp-g.com.
