What we read from Xero
- Quotes — for any quote in your Xero organisation with status DRAFT, SENT, ACCEPTED, DECLINED, INVOICED.
- Contacts — the name and email of the customer on each quote, so we know where to send reminders.
What we write back to Xero
Only one thing: when a customer clicks Accept on the branded page and signs, we flip the quote's status to ACCEPTED. That's it.
Sync cadence
Every hour, Quote Nudge pulls the latest quotes from Xero. You can also trigger a manual sync from the Quotes page.
Disconnecting
You can revoke access at any time — from Xero's app management screen, or by contacting support. Your Quote Nudge data remains until you delete your account.
Multiple Xero organisations
Each Quote Nudge organisation connects to one Xero tenant. If you manage multiple Xero orgs, create a Quote Nudge organisation per tenant.
Troubleshooting
"invalid_scope" error on Xero: Your Xero app may have a scope allowlist. Check developer.xero.com → your app → Configuration.
Token expired: Refresh tokens rotate on refresh. If you see repeated 401s, disconnect and reconnect.
