Every new organisation starts on a 14-day trial. Full access to every feature. No card needed to start. If you don't upgrade by day 14, syncing pauses (your data is retained for 30 days).
Upgrading
Go to Settings → Billing. Click Upgrade now — you'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter your card details.

Cancelling
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription (opens Stripe's customer portal). You keep access until the end of your paid period.
Refunds
If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid month, email hello@mcp-g.com for a full refund. After that, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Failed payments
Stripe automatically retries failed cards. After 3 failed attempts, we mark your subscription as past-due and syncing pauses. Update your card in the customer portal to resume.
